How we build them
We dig proper foundations, build the courses level and true, and tie piers into the wall where needed. Retaining walls get drainage behind them so water does not build up and push on the wall. Walls are finished with coping so rain runs off rather than into the blockwork.
Render
A smooth or textured render gives a modern look and is available in a range of colours.
Coping
Cappings protect the top of the wall and give it a neat, finished edge.
Piers and gates
We can build piers for gates and add detail to match your house.
Boundary walls over a certain height, walls next to a highway and walls on listed or conservation-area properties can need permission. We check before we build.
